  • I just received a promo code from CrystalKing.my. How do I use the promo code?

    Using the promo code to enjoy savings is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply:

     

    1. Go to the cart page when you have selected the item which you would like to purchase.

    2. Under the Promo field, enter the promo code you have received.

    3. Click on "Use Promo" to enjoy the discount.

     

    * Promo and discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  • I am unable to use my promo code on certain brands and products. What's wrong?

    In order to provide you with the best products, CrystalKing does not apply discounts with the use of vouchers to selected products, that have been deemed non-discountable and excluded from any voucher usage.

  • My promo code is not working properly. What can I do?

    Unless otherwise stated, promo codes do not apply to selected products. For more information, please refer to our list of non-sale products. If you have just tried to utilise your promo code and it didn't seem to work, please feel free to email us at customerservice@icrystal.asia or contact our Customer Service team at (+6)010-816 2255, Saturday to Thursday, from 10:30am - 6:30pm.

  • How many times can I use the same promo code?

    Promo codes are generated for one time use only, unless stated otherwise on the promo code's terms and conditions.

  • Can I use more than one promo code for the same order?

    Unfortunately only one promo code can be used for each order.

  • Is there a minimum amount I have to spend?

    This information would be available on the promo code's T&C at the back of the physical promo codes and in the email of the e-promo code.

    How to enjoy this discount:

     

    1. A one-time purchase amount up to *RM100 (before discount) can enjoy up to 20% discount.

    2. After confirming the order, the discount will automatically be applied.

    3. You only need to log in to your VIP member account to automatically receive a discount.
