We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free.
Our products like crystal and natural gemstones have distinctive natural qualities and product characteristics such as colour, pattern, clarity, hardness, dimensions and weights. Deviation in products due to manufacturing process can also occur.
Product pictures are for illustration purpose only. The visual appearance of our products can be different as the size of the product picture is not according to proportion and individual monitor may have different resolution and colour displayed.
You acknowledge all the above will individually or collectively contribute to product variations and the actual products may be different from the description and product pictures as shown on our website.
All discrepancy between the actual products and the product description and/or pictures on our website is permissible and shall not be a ground for refund, exchange, return nor shall it give rise to any cause of action against ICRYSTAL.
Prices stated on this site are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not included. All price displayed for our products are inclusive of GST (except and until there is an abolishment of the Goods and Service Tax Act 2014). ICRYSTAL reserves the right to determine the final price.
Payment can be made via the payment gateway, online banking and cash deposit as provided on our website.
However, we reserve the right and discretion to reject the payment method provided by us even that you have chosen to pay or has paid us through one of the payment methods for the purchase. In any event, all payment tendered to us is absolutely irrevocable at the buyer’s or your option.
You agree that we may verify each payment made with our financial institutions to ensure its truth and accuracy before we courier the purchased item to our customer. You are responsible to provide accurate details of the payment made for your order.
We shall have the right to further cancel an order placed if the payment was rejected by us.
We will issue e-invoice and paper invoice to buyer.
Additional information, such as address, full name, and contact details, may be required from us in order to verify billing information and identity and buyer agreed to supply the information when it is requested by us. We shall have the right to cancel order if we suspect there is some irregularity in the information provided. Nothing stated herein shall connote, imply, suggest or signify that there is a responsibility or duty on us to verify the information provided by buyer. You are fully responsible to ensure that all information provided to us is true, accurate, correct and up-to-date. All information provided to us are subject to our privacy policy (link*).
By signing up to our website as member, you hereby represent and warrant that all registration information that you provided are true, accurate and correct in all material respects on the date of which such information was provided and is not, and will not be, incomplete by omitting to state any material fact necessary to make such information (taken as a whole) not misleading in any material respect at such time in light of the circumstances under which such information was provided.
We will arrange for shipment to buyer. We will deliver the item ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Please ensure that the address for delivery given to us is valid and correctly stated. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the item ordered caused by inaccuracy or incorrectness of the address given.
Free Delivery is available for all purchase more than RM 500 in a single order and subject to the following weight limit:
i. West Malaysia – Purchase with a maximum of 2KG.
ii. East Malaysia – Purchase with a maximum of 1KG.
For all purchases exceeding the above weight limit, a standard rate shipping fee will apply depending on the product’s weight.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel or modify any order placed, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged, on the following reasons:
i. We have insufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered.
ii. The product purchased was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information.
iii. Purchase behavior by customer is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
iv. Information provided by customers is incomplete or inaccurate or has the potential to mislead.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
All products sold are not refundable.
Our stores procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition. However, if you received a damaged, broken or wrong item, you can return the item to us subject to the following specific conditions:
i. Return must be made within 72 hours from receiving the item by notifying our customer service.
ii. For return of damaged item, the following conditions will apply:
- Damages to the item must be wholly attributable or due to our inadequate packaging for the item.
- No return for damaged item if the damage was caused by the customer.
iii. For return of wrong item, the item must be returned to us undamaged, unbroken, unworn and unaltered.
iv. Shipping fee will be borne by us for all return.
We accept exchange only on the following specific conditions:
i. Exchange must be made within 7 days from receiving the item by notifying our customer service.
ii. The exchange item must be returned to us undamaged, unbroken, unworn and unaltered.
iii. Shipping fee is to be fully borne by the customer.
We will inform you if we agree to commence the product return or exchange process, and we will further assess your case after the product was delivered back to us.
All return and exchanges are subject to the following general conditions:
i. We shall have the right to make a final decision either to accept or reject your return or exchange in the product return or product exchange process (even after the product was shipped back to us) and no further correspondence shall be entertained.
ii. We will reject your return or exchange if the conditions stated herein are not satisfied or there is reason for us to suspect fraud on part of you or the buyer.
iii. We will ship the item to you within 7 days from our acceptance to return or exchange the item.
iv. All goods shipped back to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expenses.
At least the terms ICRYSTAL, the Company logo, and other related names, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the company or its affiliates (“Company Marks”). The website also uses or displays many trademarks that the Company licenses from third party trademark owners(“Licensed Marks”). You must not use the company marks, or any other confusingly similar marks in association with the relevant goods or services without the prior written permission of the relevant entity among the company, its affiliates, or our third party licensor, unless such use is permitted by law.
This website also contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and product picture. Any other use of materials on this website, modification, distribution, or republication, without the prior written permission of ICRYSTAL is strictly prohibited.
ICRYSTAL shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss or damage of nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of these Terms and Conditions or any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of ICRYSTAL or in any way out of or in connection with the performance or purported performance of or failure to perform these Terms and Conditions.
The customer shall discharge all claims made by any person in respect of any liability suffered as a result of the use of this services and compensate ICRYSTAL in full on demand for all losses and expenses incurred by ICRYSTAL in respect of them.
