  • What is your Returns policy?

    Customers can request for returned within 7 days after received, terms and conditions applied. Return Policy

     

    1. Non-returned product quality problems If it is because your personal preferences, slightly color differ, feel or miscalculation size, poor sales and other reasons to return, please ensure that the goods intact when returned, unwashed, not damaged, dirty, no perfume or body odor, no damage, etc. [If any problems above presence, our company will not responsible]. Once your returns is accepted, the customer is responsible for all the postage charges.

     

    2. Natural defective products Customers must accept the natural crystal products, precious stones, semi-precious stones, jade, pearl, ore and fossils, natural raw products there is a natural defect, such as: lines, clouds, pits, dark spots and other natural problems. As these are not grounds for return. Once your returns accepted, the customer is responsible for all the postage charges.

     

    3. The quality of the product Please send a picture by email to customerservice@icrystal.asia, after our service inspection, customers can send back the defected product to us, and for replacement services, the postage will be borne by our company.

     

    4. Replacement method Customers can choose the same price, or higher-priced products for exchanges, but the customer must make up for the higher price of products on the difference. We will send out the product within 3 to 4 working days.

  • How to return something?

    Returns in simple steps:

    1. Email us at customerservice@icrystal.asia

    2. Place the item(s) in their original packaging into a box or plastic slip if provided* and then affix the return label to the outside of the box.

     

    * The box doesn't have to be the one we sent you but it should be of an adequate size/strength to protect the items you're returning. If you have sent your parcel over seven days ago and you still haven't received an email confirming your return, please contact us at customerservice@icrystal.asia or call our customer service +6010-816 2255 (10:30am–6:30pm, Saturday to Thursday).

  • Can I return some items and ask for refund?

    Sorry, currently all our items are non-refundable. But you have the flexibility of returning some items and exchanging the rest from the same order.

  • This product in other branches, if sold will directly refund.

    Most of the goods we offer are unique, carefully selected quality products. At present, we have three branches. If the products ordered are sold at the branch, we will refund the exact amount to you directly. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
