  • What is the delivery lead time like for my order?

    We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days from the date your order was shipped. For items which we need to source from our outlets, the delivery lead time ranges from 5-14 working days. On a daily basis, our friendly courier partners strive to make deliveries happen between 12pm - 6pm, so do look out for them!
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    CrystalKing is happy to offer delivery anywhere in Malaysia on all orders! Delivery will be FREE for all orders of which paid price is RM500 and above (shipping fees excluded), for weight 1000 grams and below.

     

    For orders amounting to the paid price being less than RM500, a shipping fee will be charged for deliveries.

     

    * Free shipping only applicable to Malaysia only.

  • My order is not here yet. What should I do?

    Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, don't worry. Please allow at least 2 - 5 working days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product. If you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service at customerservice@icrystal.asia or call us at +6010-816 2255 from 10:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday to Thursday.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We currently will ships to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia. For other countries, kindly contact our Customer Service at customerservice@icrystal.asia.
  • Who are our logistic partners?

    Orders are shipped via PosLaju Courier / City-Link Express. Our partners are just as dedicated as we are in delivering your CrystalKing products to you as soon as possible.

  • Want to track your orders?

    Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available within 24 hours and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via the links below:

    2. Then enter your tracking number.

     

    City-Link Express

    1. Go to http://www.citylinkexpress.com/my/consignment.aspx.

    2. The enter your Consignment Note Numbers.

  • How else do I check up on the status of my order?

    We are contactable using the following avenues: Call us at +6010-816 2255 from 10.30am till 6.30pm, 6 days a week (Friday Off). Or email us at customerservice@icrystal.asia.
